1) At his 2 year check-up, Jeremiah is in the 97th percentile for height and 91st for weight. Growing very well, though I don't understand how is is so hearty when he has survives on milk, grapes, apples, yogurt, cereal, and licks the peanut butter off the bread. The doctor was "impressed" that he can recognize and recite his numbers. Me too!
2) We had a wondeful, exhausting double celebration for Sarah and Jeremiah over Memorial Day Weekend. Sarah was dedicated in front of the church and Jeremiah had his birthday party. Lots of adults and little kids = chaos, but that makes life memorable, right?
3) Teething has been really rough on Sarah (and me). She's been uncomfortable and fussy on and off for a month. It's really a rude awakening when your very calm second child is upset and breaks out of the "perfect child" mode. I've been very spoiled to her disposition.
4) Having young children and keeping house is physically, emotionally, and spiritually draining. A sincere Thank You and I Love You to our parents (and all parents) for hanging in there day after day after day
